In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations, 25superph requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process before withdrawals are enabled on their account.
KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
25superph targets a KYC review turnaround of twenty-four (24) hours from submission of complete documentation. Processing may take longer during periods of high volume. Players who submit incomplete or illegible documentation will be asked to resubmit, resetting the review timeline. 6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

6.5 Currency. All Player account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless a USDT account option has been selected at registration. 25superph does not bear responsibility for any foreign exchange fluctuations affecting USDT-denominated balances.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and promotional offers made available on the 25superph Platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by the specific terms accompanying an individual promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual promotion. 7.5 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion details. Uncompleted wagering requirements expire within thirty (30) days of the bonus credit date unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
8.1 Game Fairness. 8.2 Technical Malfunctions. Wins generated as a direct result of a verifiable malfunction shall not be considered valid and are not eligible for withdrawal. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle in all cases of technical failure.
8.3 Disconnection Policy. If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game engine will complete the round according to the programmed rules of the game, and the result will be recorded in the Platform's system. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail. 25superph reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet market in cases of suspected match manipulation, irregular betting activity, or rule violations.

12.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25superph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 25superph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 25superph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
25superph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended or terminated, 25superph will conduct a review of the account's transaction history and bonus activity. Any balance remaining after adjustment for forfeited bonuses and any outstanding liabilities will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any required compliance review.
14.1 Internal Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 25superph Platform — including but not limited to game outcomes, withdrawals, bonus decisions, or account actions — you must first contact the 25superph customer support team via live chat or email to attempt resolution informally. Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute; disputes raised outside this timeframe may not be considered.
14.2 Escalation. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support contact, you may escalate the matter in writing to 25superph's Compliance Team at the support email address listed in Section 17. The Compliance Team will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and will aim to provide a final determination within twenty-eight (28) business days of the escalation date.
14.3 Binding Arbitration. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or such other arbitration body as mutually agreed. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in the Philippines. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
14.4 Regulatory Complaints. Notwithstanding the above, Players retain the right to file a complaint directly with PAGCOR regarding regulated gaming matters that fall within PAGCOR's jurisdiction.
25superph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their account and/or by means of a prominent notice on the 25superph Platform homepage no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the 25superph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 13. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them, or the use of the 25superph Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 14, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any matter not submitted to arbitration. Nothing in this section limits 25superph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or other Players.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permissible.
